Think of me as your on-call tech support friend who actually knows what they’re doing. When something breaks, goes wrong, or just doesn’t make sense, you can reach out and I’ll help you fix it. No judgment, no eye-rolling, no assuming you should “just know” this stuff.
When tech issues pop up, they can derail your entire day and steal your creative energy. My goal is to get you unstuck quickly so you can return to the meaningful work you’re meant to be doing.

How this Tech Support Service Works
Step 1: Reach out and describe what’s going on. Don’t worry about using the “right” tech terms—just tell me what you were trying to do and what’s not working.
Step 2: We’ll hop on a quick 15-minute call (no obligation, no pressure) where I can understand your situation better and let you know if it’s something I can help with. During this call, I’ll give you an honest estimate of how much time I think it’ll take to solve.
Step 3: If we’re a good fit, we can schedule time to tackle the problem together. My rate is $75 per hour, and I work in whatever chunks make sense—sometimes it’s a 30-minute fix, sometimes it’s a longer session to get multiple things sorted.
I assume you have access to your website hosting and domain name if needed. If not, we can discuss how to get it, but without access, I can't fix things that require it.
